2. Penting-Tidak Mendesak
Contoh : Menumpuk-numpuk pekerjaan adalah kelalaian menerapkan kategori ini. Sesuatu hal yang tadinya tidak mendesak bisa berubah kapasitasnya menjadi mendesak.
3. Tidak Penting-Mendesak
Contoh: Salip kiri-kanan di jalan raya
4. Tidak Penting-Tidak Mendesak
Contoh : Nonton
Karena kepentingan cenderung tidak berubah, constant,sedangkan waktu terus berjalan, maka hematlah waktu Anda.

2. Important, Not Urgent
Example: Piling work up is to neglect to apply this category. Something that was not urged can change its capacity became urgent.
3. Not Important-Urgent
Example: Outrides on the highway when high dense traffic, it's will caused more dense traffic
4. Not Important, Not Urgent
Example: Watch TV
Because interests are unlikely to change, constant, while time continues to run, then save your time, Optimize your time.
